Facilitation of large and small groups

Within most workplaces there is a need for small and large group meetings. Often, the subject matter of these meetings is such that they are best conducted by someone outside of the organisation. This allows all staff to participate as equals and to have the benefit of an objective, highly skilled facilitator. Working On It can provide facilitators and chairs of meetings to meet a variety of different needs, including conflict resolution, team building, ideas development, and strategic planning. Working on Raising Standards facilitators can draw on a range of experiential methods which are designed to elicit constructive dialogue which will assist in the development and maintenance of healthy workplaces.
